‘GHOST IN THE SHELL’ IN BLENDER 2.8
I remade this animation following a tutorial from content creator, Dylan Neill. There is a link to that lesson below.
I followed this one several months ago but it was destroyed when I got hit with the .kuub virus. I originally rendered this before using the Eevee realtime render engine but I never got to render it with Cycles. This time I used Cycles since it is realistic but slower for rendering. I used the denoiser in Blender but it isn’t very good for animations, it’s a bit splotchy around in the nose area. There is Nvidia’s Optix Denoiser but it’s GPU-based and my graphics cards are older Quadros and not supported anymore.
